The Northeast Dragon Boat Challenge will be held at scenic Cooper River Park in Pennsauken Township, New Jersey.
This event will be held on a custom course in deep water with excellent sightlines from the athlete’s village.
Paddlers of all skill levels are welcome.
Community teams will have the option of 200 or 500 meter racing distances.
Sport teams will compete in a minimum of three 500 meter races and a 100 meter sprint for those teams that qualify.
Registration is open to teams of all levels – Community to Sport.

This family-friendly event offers a day of fun, culture and competition.
Anyone can participate in the Northeast Dragon Boat Challenge.
All you need are twenty friends, family members or co-workers!
Teams can register up to 24 paddlers, a drummer and a steersperson.
A steersperson will be provided for those teams who need one.
Cost: $1,550 through May 15, 2024.
The price will be $1,650 from May 16, 2024 until September 21, 2024
Cooper River Park is home to many prestigious events. Ideal paddling conditions exist on the Cooper River which boasts a world-class narrow and sheltered straightaway.
